Randall Ready Mix LLC and Owatonna Concrete Products Name change to Cemstone Concrete Materials LLC

We've got some exciting news to share with you. This month, we are beginning the final transition from Randall Ready Mix LLC and Owatonna Concrete Products LLC to Cemstone Concrete Materials LLC effective January 1, 2012. As you may know, Cemstone has owned Randall Ready Mix since 2010, and Owatonna Concrete Products since 2006, so an ownership change is not taking place.

By streamlining our business practices, Cemstone Concrete Materials, LLC will be able to offer a more comprehensive line of quality products and services – including concrete pumping, aggregates, engineering services, concrete block, masonry products and contractor supplies.

Most importantly, during this transition you will still be working with the same team of people at Randall and Owatonna you've come to know and trust. You will begin to see more "Cemstone blue" ready-mixed trucks at your jobsites and Cemstone signage at our facilities. You will also hear the Cemstone name when we answer the phone. Any changes to your statements and invoices should be seamless.
